Manyof the wealthiest people on earth understand this principle and that is why they are always giving. Nodoubt there are some true philanthropists among them, but most of these people give money as a wayto increase their wealth. They do it for the purpose of getting back more than they give. I don’t want to get too deep into this subject, but the Bible says that the Lord rains upon the righteous and uponthe wicked. For example, if a righteous man and a wicked man have neighboring fields, both will get watered when it rains and both men will receive a harvest. Are the harvests always equal? No, one farmer may apply fertilizer that gives him a bigger harvest. The mandonating to a politician may have a back door deal that will give him some personal favors or benefits that the man donating to a charity won’t receive, but both will receive more than they give. There is one more factor to consider about the Law of the Harvest and that is, it is possible to sow seeds and then fail to bring in the harvest even though God has multiplied your seed. To understand how this could happen, there is a scripture that asks, “For What Doth It Profit a Man If a Gift Is Bestowed Upon Him, And HeReceive Not the Gift?” Have there been times when God tried to answer your prayer or return a harvest for a good deed and you failed to receive it because you didn’t recognize it as the blessing it was? It could showup as an opportunity or some unexpected gain in which you fail to connect the dots and don’t even realize that it is God returning your dividends. In fact, being introduced to Billion Dollar Mission could be one of those blessings and a way of paying you back for times you have helped others in days gone by. Only you can knowthe answer.
